Security is important to us and we are ensuring that you own all of the information that we aggregate for you.
We don’t often like to talk in legal speak but it is important that you know that we are aware of and working on your behalf to meet all legal and technological responsibilities when protecting your data entered into any Momentum Cloud solution.
Momentum Cloud uses security infrastructure to ensure that a user’s data is always encrypted and transmitted securely. This includes use of TLS / SSL protocols, API call-level authentication, API bearer tokens, two-factor authentication systems.
Momentum Cloud, its employees, contractors and agents are subject to the Privacy Act 1988 and to the requirements of the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act.
We adhere to the Guidelines for Federal and ACT Government Websites, issued by the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
All data is stored within Australian shores and government approved Australian data centres.
We also acknowledge through our terms and conditions that you own all of your data that is aggregated on your behalf by Momentum Cloud for your intended uses only.
